The banks of the Guadalupe River burst in Kerrville, northwest of San Antonio, as devastating floods caused by torrential rains leave at least 24 dead, including children, and about 20 missing in south-central Texas. Rescuers were desperately searching for at least 20 girls missing from a riverside summer camp, officials said, after torrential rains caused a "catastrophic" flash flood. IMAGES
